GROUP Sessions

Friends and/or family working together. Great way to support each other and have the benefits of a qualified coach to guide you along the way.

These sessions are ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Sessions run in a similar way to the 1:1 coaching. We will look at one area of change for each session. Everyone working towards the same goal. This can work well as you support each other, and there is always a little bit of healthy competition going on as well! This is a safe space so that everyone can participate in their own individual way.

You will get the same level of support as you would if you were doing the 1:1 coaching.
