Every one of us is an individual. Dancing to our own tune which makes the free session a perfect place to start. This is where we ascertain what your goals are for the future and how we connect that to where you are now and make a plan!

I am all about individualised plans that will fit into my client’s lifestyle, this includes manageable goals leading to sustainable change.
I find that a holistic approach to our health is an ideal formula. For example, from research, we now know that stress can effect our sleep patterns, our gut health can effect our emotional wellbeing, lack of movement and ‘unhealthful’ food habits may effect the way our body detoxifies and heals. It’s like the old saying ‘the thigh bones connected to the hip bone, the hip bone is connected to the back bone’ - the different parts of our anatomy don’t work in isolation. Let’s get good foundations in place through diving deeper into what we eat, how we sleep, are we stressed, how much movement do we do each day…
Health is multifaceted.
